Due to the cancellation of our upcoming retreat at Trout Lake Abbey, we are bringing you a wonderfully modified version ONLINE through Zoom.

Drop through the veil of your conscious mind and dive deep into yourself with us in April! Theta Portal Team: Chaz, Aaron & Adina are thrilled to offer another powerfully transformative retreat including sound healing, breathwork, meditation, movement, music & dancing, It is our great honor to bring forward our deeply transformative alchemy through some of the most fun and joyful experiences we can dream of.

We have modified this from the 3-Day to a 2-Day Format- Friday evening & All Day Saturday. Although this will be an online experience - we highly encourage you to set aside the space and time to really unplug from everything else and drop in with us! The more you put into it, the more you'll receive from it!

Cancellation Policy

Theta Portal does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
