Nope! Our expert facilitator Aaron Overstreet will guide participants of all experience levels through detailed, step-by-step instructions and a live demonstration of the Rebirthing-style breathwork method prior to the journey.

We are not able to provide transportation to or from venues at this time, but we do encourage participants to connect and carpool whenever possible! You can post in our event page on Facebook to coordinate with other guests.

Theta Portal welcomes any and all folks with a range of disabilities. Please check with the venue for the event you'd like to attend to inquire about wheelchair accessibility. At this time, we do not have accommodations for the deaf / hard of hearing community.

It depends on the event, some weekend events are open to single day participants, while some inclusive weekend retreats are designed to be more in-depth and are a closed container. See the ticketing page for specific options or reach out to us with questions.

No! Although we are not administering substances to ingest,  some people report experiencing powerful altered states which are similar to those they have experienced with plant medicines and other psychedelics such as ayahuasca, DMT, LSD, psilocybin and others. Breathwork can sometimes feel just as unique or intense, but may feel safer, because you can slow down or stop the technique at any time.  

Our priority is to keep the general admission cost accessible to as many people as possible, so the rates you see are already much lower than comparable events. If you do need a partial scholarship or wish to volunteer, contact us here. 

If you or someone you know would like to pay it forward and cover the cost of a community member's ticket, please reach out to us here!

We do not offer refunds for any reason. If you cannot attend due to illness, you will be issued credit.  If the event must be canceled due to weather, we will refund your tickets minus processing fees.
