Join us for an intimate, gentle "yin" style Theta Portal Ceremony at Bridge Space in Portland, OR. This candlelit restorative Portal will be accompanied by special guests, Patti & Ken Downing- masters of singing bowl and gong.

SCHEDULE:
3:00-4:00 PM - Arrival
4:00 PM - Opening Circle & Theta Portal (Doors lock at 4:15)
7:00-8:00 PM - Integration & Sharing Circle & Potluck
Supplies to bring:
- Yoga mat or sleeping pad to lie down on
- Sleeping bag and/or blanket(s)
- Small pillow or neck roll
- An eye cover (pillowcases work well)
- Your journal (if you wish)
- Spill-proof drinking vessel
- Snacks for after to share or for yourself
This event will be indoors and cozy/intimate.
Tea and drinking water will be provided.
*We ask that you refrain from wearing scented products.*
After the Event:
It is recommended that you plan a relaxing, low-stimulation evening on Saturday after Theta Portal, especially if you are leaving right after the event. These modalities can bring various emotions and experiences to the surface, and we ask that you give yourself plenty of time and space to allow gentle integration, should you need it.
Kids & Animals:
We know your young kiddos and fur babies are awesome, but this event is not quite the right setting to include them. If you have an older child that is keenly interested in participating, please contact us to discuss. Thanks for understanding!
Refund Policy:
No refunds for any reason, If you cannot come, please pass your ticket off to a friend or donate it to our scholarships for disabled and marginalized folks.
If the event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your tickets minus processing fees or offer a credit.
